This is a digital customer journey for Patagonia, from the placement of the advertisement to the end product on the website. The journey is dedicated to an imaginative Patagonia campaign aimed at drawing attention to eucalypt forest preservation in Australia. A koala is chosen as the main symbol. The advertisement leads to the imaginative Patagonia website, with the background reflecting the campaign. The rest of the customer journey to the end product is taken from the original Patagonia website.
